Tom Hollenbeck serves as the Executive Director of Family First and brings a deep personal passion for strengthening families. He and his wife, Justann, come from divorced families, giving them a firsthand understanding of the value of a healthy, connected home.

After serving 13 years as a pastor and walking alongside families his commitment to helping families only grew stronger. Today, he and Justann are raising three children of their own and share a deep belief that when families are healthy, supported, and thriving, entire communities become stronger.

We are Nick and Alyssa Hollenbeck and have been married for nine years. We are the proud parents of three daughters. We have seen family and loved ones struggle through addiction and family hardship, and have seen firsthand the toll it can take.

That experience fuels our heart for this ministry, a deep desire to see every family walk in the happiness that comes through a relationship with God. As board members of Family First, we are passionate about reminding every husband, wife, and child that no matter what they're facing, they are never alone. It is our hope to help families find healing, strengthen their marriages, and build a lasting, joy-filled relationship with God together.

Chelsie Lopez serves as Secretary on the Board of Family First. As a local business owner and leader in the hospitality industry, she has a heart for people, connection, and strengthening the community around her.

What drew Chelsie to Family First is the opportunity to be part of changing someone's story. She believes that when families are given meaningful support and tangible resources, it can change the course of a family—not only bringing them closer and stronger, but helping them become healthier mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

For Chelsie, Family First is about walking alongside families, caring for the whole person, and making sure they know they have people in their corner.

We are Luke and Jackie Johnson. We've been married for 11 years and have 3 babies of our own.

We believe healthy families are worth fighting for. We've seen firsthand how addiction and unhealthy patterns can impact marriages and children for generations, but we've also seen the power of healing and restoration. We believe that when men and women find freedom, entire families are changed. It's an honor to support an organization that's committed to helping families thrive for generations to come.

We are honored to support Family First because we have personally experienced the incredible importance of community, spiritual support, and having people walk alongside you through life's challenges. We believe families were never meant to do it alone.

A strong, healthy family can have an impact far beyond the walls of its own home.
